Any access to system restore or languages are blocked
Logged on and my computer.ÊIt went to blue screen with an error message.
Before I could write it down, it rebooted and kept going to "black and white "windows did not close properly".
When it finally rebooted the language is different.
System Restore will not function nor can IÊread it because the language has changed.
It wont allow me to access "date/time/language" options or" system restore" in the control panel.
It wont open all programs from the start/ all programs menu.
Any access toÊsystem restore or languages are blocked.
I disconnected the DSL/Lan and ran the MRT.
It found no problem.
As a precautionary measure Im remaining disconnected.
Can someone help? Thanks

A rescue disk is a CD that includes all the key drivers that are installed in the computer, when it was new. A new CD is created from scratch. The drive data recovery from most retailers and suppliers in the Windows computer or laptop to factory settings made. This process usually requires the person to clear all data from all hard disks and partitions, and install the Windows operating system. It does not matter if you have to restore the original CD or a recovery CD created themselves. They are essentially the same work.
Step 1
Take your Windows XP installation CD. Most computer companies have joined to detail the original disc to your computer or laptop. Contact the company or Microsoft for a new installation CD, if you do not have it.
Step 2
Note the product code. The main product is the original Windows XP CD case or on the body of the computer. There will be a holographic sticker. If you do not have access to the product, please contact Microsoft. You will be their key until you prove you own the original computer.
Step 3
The folder C :/ XP, create a new folder. The folder C :/ XP can be found by clicking "My Computer" Windows interface. Then click on the folder named "XP". Create a new folder called "drivers" in this folder. Within this new folder, create subfolders for all drivers to turn. For example, create a "Video" folder in the drive card. It is important that there is a subfolder for the modem adapter units. This is an important part that the computer connects to the Internet. If the process is complete, you can rest the tabs that you might have missed.
Step 4
Charge created a program that is bootable CDs. Extract the boot loader from the original Windows XP. With this program, select the folder in Windows XP boot CD on the left. Pull the BootImage.img the program to disk.
Step 5
Burn the CD. You have a CD-burning software. PC Magazine recommends Roxio Easy Media Creator. But enough a CD-burning software. Drag the whole folder C :/ XP, all subfolders that contain units to the CD project, especially CD-burning software it contains, is.
